Chief Cook - Offshore Catering
|Details|| Candidate must be Sabahan. |
Positions available for a roster of 28 days on / 28 days off in Sabah waters.
Chief Cook shall have overall responsibility for respective platform. He is required to do menu planning, incorporate standard recipes and on-site training of the catering crew besides his day to day kitchen operations.
• Diploma in Culinary or equivalent from recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as head cook / chef in hotel / restaurant / catering establishment.
• Without Diploma or equivalent qualification, but with minimum 5 years’ experience as head cook / chef in hotel / restaurant / catering establishment.
• Experience in all Asian food, Western food, pastry and bakery.
• Must be Muslim to fulfil JAKIM requirements.
