• Job Description:-
Accounts & Finance:-
1.1 Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, statutory filing requirement & reporting in line
with the Group’s emphasis on timely reporting.
1.2 Re-check & verify all payment & petty cash reimbursement.
1.3 Monitor CP204, utilities bills, rental & creditor payment.
1.4 Liaison with banks, auditors, company secretary & legal advisor related to company & Principal’s
personal matter which involved finance.
1.5 Managing an active account tracking & reporting procedure in accordance with company
1.6 Review & prepare a set of monthly financial reports and monthly management accounts for
discussion to the Managing Director to include:-
a.) Consolidated Profit & Loss account which show all individual companies and Companies
b.) Summary of bank balances for all companies
c.) Cash flow projection for all companies.
d.) Prepare an Annual Budgets to include all individual Companies and combined companies
1.7 Year end audit report should be prepared summarising the total income & expenses activity for the
1.8 Preparation of monthly report for GST Submission;
Monitoring GST compliance. Preparation, checking & submission of monthly report to Custom
1.9 Make sure that arising problems, can be resolved promptly.
2. Stock & Inventory:-
2.1 Keeping control systems up to date & making sure inventories are accurate
2.2 Producing regular reports & statistic on a daily weekly & monthly basis.
2.3 Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with date storage system.
2.4 Ensure GST Compliance.
2.5 All documentations should be properly filed and numbered.
3.1 Proper filing systems
3.2 Provide historical reference by planning & implementing good office systems.
3.3 Recording office expenditure & managing the budget.
3.4 Reviewing & updating health & safety policies to ensure they are observed.
3.5 Monitor Admin Manual to be updated on monthly basis.
3.6 Introduce new Admin Management software if necessary.
4. General Office Management:-
4.1 Ensure that all staff have proper daily job allotment and must maintain good discipline all the time.
4.2 A reporting system should be created by which it should enable yourself to collect daily, weekly
monthly activities report’s from all department and the same submitted to the Managing Director for
4.3 Provide on Job training to all existing & new staff to upgrade their performance.
4.4 To create a module whereby staff work performance can be appraised fortnightly and monthly.
4.5 Any additional staff required to assist you and to enable the smooth functioning of the
office activities can be recruited with the consent of the Managing Director.
4.6 Organize and chair regular weekly staff meeting with Agenda’s and minutes to be submitted to the

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, others, secretarial or equivalent.
• Min 5 years in Admin Management or related knowledge
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positively influence other to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organizations.
